A Legal Services firm faced with the task of delivering permitting services for over 400 wireless sites is one of our recent customers. We set up a series of Excel tracking and management tools to support their work on the project. Later we defined and oversaw custom software development to tailor a case management application, “LawBase” to support the firm’s wireless projects going forward. What was originally intended to be a 3-6 month project extended over one year as the Client was very satisfied with our work.
Another Client in NJ needed an effective way of tracking daily field activities in support of wireless technology upgrades. We proposed, constructed and implemented a series of online questionnaires that quickly addressed the Client’s need for accurate, timely, and complete reporting of the work. The Client was very satisfied with the result.
